Agent Training

We offer training to all Pre-Need (Funeral Home) agents and Supplemental Health agents.

Our hands-on approach to field training assures that our agents are knowledgeable about our products, have the support needed to be successful, and are prepared to serve families in their community.

Preliminary training covers the following topics:

  • Acquiring Leads/Business Contracts
  • Setting Appointments
  • Presenting Effectively
  • Closing the Sale

We also offer additional training in how to give group presentations to church groups, service organizations, health care facilities and business of all types..

For our Pre-Need agents, we offer the support of our in-house advertising department to create marketing programs and customize marketing materials for our funeral home distributors.

All of our agents benefit from our superior monitoring and reporting via our agent portal.
